Exchanges and Returns

1.0. All occurrences involving exchange or return will be dealt with as provided for in the Consumer Protection Code.

2.0 The Customer must request the exchange or return through the Customer Service (SAC) or directly in the Control Panel, in the topic "cancel order". The expenses arising from the collection or postage of the Product will be borne by Lado Bike.

3.0 The Product must be returned to Lado Bike without signs of use, with the tag, in the original packaging and accompanied by the invoice.

4.0 Upon arrival of the Product at the Distribution Center, Lado Bike will verify that the aforementioned conditions have been met. If so, it will arrange for the refund or exchange of the Product in accordance with the request made by the Customer.

5.0. Lado Bike is exempt from the obligation to respond to requests for exchange or return of any Product returned without the Customer Service department being notified, or in cases of direct request in the Control Panel, after the deadline or in the absence of items. /accessories that come with it.

6.0 The exchange will be made for a product of equal value subject to availability of model and size stock.
 

6.1. If the model/size is not in stock, it is at the buyer's discretion to choose another product of the same value.
 

6.2. There will be no exchange of products with a value greater than that purchased with Lado Bike.

7.0 Refund of Values;


7.1. Credit card: The chargeback may occur in up to 2 subsequent invoices. Note: There will be no refund of the shipping cost.

7.2. Boleto Bancário: Credit in checking account within 10 business days. Note: There will be no refund of the shipping cost.

8.0. Cancellation of Orders.
 

8.1. You can request the cancellation of your order only if the goods have not been invoiced. To find out if the goods have been invoiced, enter the My Account section. Enter your email and password and check the order. If the order has a status of “SHIPPING”, we cannot cancel it. If it has not yet been invoiced, please contact the sales center and request cancellation.

But be careful: if in the period between your inquiry about the status of the order and the receipt of your cancellation request the order is invoiced, the order will not be cancelled .
